I attended the Endoscopy department for a Gastroscopy on 2/3/2017 . The procedure wasn't pleasant but was conducted by Dr Tipu Naqui very professionally. I opted to have the procedure orally as I have the procedure by nose previously. The staff are very kind and professional. Every step was explained as we went along .

My experience at Braintree Hospital was wonderful, friendly staff, I felt like a person and not just a number, I would say from stories I've heard from a couple of friends who have been private, that I got far superior treatment at Braintree.
